Our therapists are highly skilled in manual (hands-on) therapy. We believe in staying up to date with current research, treatment techniques and skills. Which is why our therapists each provide a variety of techniques. 

Specifically:

• All appointments are 1-1 with the therapist
• Thorough assessment with analysis and treatment plan is provided
• No passive machines (please note: we do not use TENS, IFC, Laser, Ultrasound etc.) 
• Private treatment rooms
• Access to the gym facility for exercise rehab
• Additonally, we are located inside Sangha Fitness which means we are well-versed in common strength training  needs and are able to provide guidance and treatment accordingly.

We do not directly bill to your insurance. However, we will provide you with a receipt and invoice for you to submit your claim to your insurance provider. Its quick, easy and allows you to keep track of your benefits!

We are also one of the top-rated providers on Sunlife Lumino Health's website.  

Our therapists do not require a doctors note to provide a service. However, some insurance companies require a doctors note for physiotherapy, chiropractic or massage therapy in order for you to submit a claim. 

Otherwise, Physiotherapists and Chiropractors are Primary Health Care Providers which means they can assess, diagnose and develop a treatment plan for musculoskeletal conditions.

Please come in or bring loose-fit clothing. We also have access to changerooms and a private treatment room.

Massage Therapy Appointments: Shorts, Tank-top, Sports bra. (No sheets are provided so please come in appropriate clothing)

This is probably the most common question we get asked. 

The truth is that there are several similarities and differences not only between each service but also between different practitioners within each service. 

However in general here are some similarities and differences between the 3 types of services:

• Physiotherapists and Chiropractors are primary health care providers, which means they can assess, diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions.

• Physiotherapists commonly provide treatment for muscle and joint injuries, general sprains/strains, everyday aches/pains, post-operative conditions, pre/post training rehab and more. Click here to see the services our physiotherapist provides.

• Chiropractors commonly provide adjustments, manipulations, and usually treat spinal conditions and more. Click here to see the services our chiropractor provides.

• Massage Therapists can provide whole body relaxation or deep muscle releases depending on the patients preference and needs. Click here to see the services our massage therapist provides.

• All 3 can help with muscle aches, pain and injuries.
