Srushti Mistry graduated from the University of Waterloo with a BSc in Honours Kinesiology after which she pursued a Masters in Physiotherapy at University College Dublin in Ireland (2017).
Her treatment style is hands-on (manual) therapy. She utilizes various techniques including deep tissue release, trigger point release, soft tissue release, active release therapy, PNF stretch, in combination with cupping, scraping or needling as required.
Srushti has a special interest in treating neck related conditions through a variety of treatment techniques. She also has extensive experience in treating sports injuries, post-operative conditions, lower back, shoulder, hip and other injuries.

Parth Bodalia graduated from Brock University with Bachelor of Kinesiology and went on to receive his Registered Massage Therapy diploma from Medix College. He has also completed his Fascial Stretch Therapy L1 Certification.
Parth’s treatment style is heavily focused on hands-on therapy by applying a variety of techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point release and joint mobilizations to help release the tension placed on the affected muscles and joints.
Along with Massage Therapy, Parth also incorporates the use of Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) and a stretching and strengthening program to help individuals increase their mobility and improve their activities of daily living.
