Srushti Mistry [Physiotherapist & Owner]
Srushti Mistry graduated from the University of Waterloo with a BSc in Honours Kinesiology after which she pursued a Masters in Physiotherapy at University College Dublin in Ireland (2017).
Her treatment style is hands-on (manual) therapy. She utilizes various techniques including deep tissue release, trigger point release, soft tissue release, active release therapy, PNF stretch, in combination with cupping, scraping or needling as required.
Srushti has a special interest in treating neck related conditions through a variety of treatment techniques. She also has extensive experience in treating sports injuries, post-operative conditions, lower back, shoulder, hip and other injuries.
