What are orthotics?
Custom orthotics are inserted into your shoes to provide additional support for the arch or heel and appropriately disperse pressure on the foot. It can be helpful for plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, metatarsalgia and other conditions.
How can I get custom orthotics?
Please email us or book an appointment to get your orthotic casting done by our therapist. Once your foot is casted, it is sent to the manufacturer to create a custom insole.
Will it be covered through insurance?
If you are using your extended health benefits, it is advised to call your insurance company to find out your orthotic coverage and who can dispense it. Insurance companies usually require a doctors note for custom orthotics.
