Srushti Mistry graduated from the University of Waterloo with a BSc in Honours Kinesiology after which she pursued a Masters in Physiotherapy at University College Dublin in Ireland (2017).
Her treatment style is hands-on (manual) therapy. She utilizes various techniques including deep tissue release, trigger point release, soft tissue release, active release therapy, PNF stretch, in combination with cupping, scraping or needling as required.
Srushti has a special interest in treating neck related conditions through a variety of treatment techniques. She also has extensive experience in treating sports injuries, post-operative conditions, lower back, shoulder, hip and other injuries.

Treatments sessions can be 20 min, 30 min, 45 min, 60 min in duration.
Your first session includes a thorough assessment (postural assessment, gait analysis, range of motion and more), treatment is also included which could involve soft tissue release, active releases, cupping, acupuncture/dry needling, scraping or exercise rehab.
